Weekly Assembly

Week 3

9 - 13 November 2020

The SLT or any educator who is conducting the assembly will address the students positively saying good morning to all. One can start this assembly with the sign of the cross: "In the name of the Father, and of the son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen"

This morning I invite you to stop and listen to what this youth has to say for just 1 min 31 sec.

Called to Acts - St Martin of Tours

Martin of Tours_youth.mp4

Joe shared with us how Saint Martin of Tours has inspired his faith journey, especially during these times. Let us take some time to think about the thoughts and experience he shared with us.

Reflective Thought

On a piece of paper write or draw something which comes to your mind after you saw, heard and reflected on this video clip. I drew a jacket and I am going to place it somewhere to remind me to dress up with self respect and to clothe others with generosity, solidarity, kind words, hope and full respect.

Dear God this week while we are celebrating the feast of St Martin of Tour we ask you to kindle our hearts so that like this saint we will clothe ourselves and others with unconditional love, forgiving hearts, generous acts, helpful hands, encouraging words and full respect.
